PVC or poly vinyl chloride is a common thermoplastic resin which is used in a wide variety of manufactured products like hosepipes, floor tiles, garments, insulation, etc.  PVC comes in two forms rigid PVC and flexible PVC. Rigid PVC is used to manufacture molded particles and the flexible form of PVC is used in manufacturing hosepipes, insulation, etc. PVC is also used to make footwear like shoes, gumboot, etc.
